TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking an appointment, visiting our studio, or using our website (https://russianmanicuretampa.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2B Nails Studio ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
2B Nails Studio provides professional nail care services, including:

• Russian manicure
• Gel manicure and polish application
• Pedicure services
• Nail shaping and cuticle care

All services are performed by Florida state-licensed nail technicians in accordance with Florida Board of Cosmetology regulations (Florida Statutes Chapter 477).

3. AGE REQUIREMENT
Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age and older. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be required to sign a consent form.

4. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
Booking
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via text message. A valid phone number and email address are required.
ConfirmationYou will receive an appointment confirmation via SMS or email. Please confirm your attendance when prompted.
Walk-InsWalk-in clients are welcome subject to availability, but appointments are prioritized.

5. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellation RequirementsCancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Late arrival (15+ minutes): Service may be rescheduled; 50% fee may apply
No-show: 100% service charge
Future BookingsRepeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
PricingPrices are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website and in-studio. Any price changes will be communicated before service begins.
GratuityGratuity is not included in service prices and is at your discretion.
RefundsServices are non-refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.

7. SERVICE GUARANTEE

7-Day Free Fix Guarantee
If your gel polish chips or lifts within 7 days of service, we will repair it at no cost. Simply contact us to schedule.
What's Covered:

• Gel polish chipping or lifting
• Application issues

Not Covered:

• Mechanical damage (broken nails, filing, picking, impact)
• Exposure to excessive water, chemicals, or harsh conditions
• Normal wear after 7 days

Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply if you have violated aftercare instructions or engaged in activities that damage nails.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Health & Safety Disclosure
You must inform us before your appointment if you have:

• Fungal or bacterial infections
• Open cuts, wounds, or skin conditions
• Allergies to products or materials
• Diabetes or circulatory conditions
• Recent chemotherapy or radiation treatment

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk to you or our staff, in accordance with Florida sanitation requirements (Fla. Admin. Code 61G5-20).
ConductClients are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for their appointment
• Treat staff with respect and courtesy
• Follow aftercare instructions provided

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

9. HEALTH & SANITATION
We comply with all Florida Board of Cosmetology sanitation and safety regulations (Fla. Admin. Code Chapter 61G5-20):

• Medical-grade autoclave sterilization of all metal implements
• Single-use files, buffers, and applicators (never reused)
• EPA-approved disinfectants for workstations and equipment
• Licensed technicians adhering to state sanitation protocols

Client Safety: While we maintain strict hygiene standards, nail services carry inherent risks including minor cuts, infections, or allergic reactions. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

10. ALLERGIES & REACTIONS
We use professional-grade products. However, allergic reactions are possible.
Your Responsibility:

• Inform us of any known allergies before service
• Request a patch test if you have sensitive skin

Our Responsibility:

• Discontinue service immediately if you experience a reaction
• Provide product information upon request

Limitation: We are not liable for allergic reactions if you failed to disclose known allergies or sensitivities.

11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Nail services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Minor cuts or abrasions
• Skin irritation or allergic reactions
• Infection (if aftercare instructions are not followed)
• Nail damage from improper removal or trauma

By booking our services, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to follow aftercare instructions or disclose health conditions

ExceptionsNothing in these terms limits liability for:

• Gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Personal injury caused by our negligence
• Violations of consumer protection laws

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Photos & Marketing
We may take photos of our work for marketing purposes (website, social media, portfolio).
Your Rights:

• We will not include your face or identifying features without written consent
• You may request that your service not be photographed
• You may request removal of photos at any time

Website ContentAll content on our website (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Florida law, including:

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

16. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters (hurricanes, floods)
• Public health emergencies
• Government orders or restrictions
• Utility failures or building issues

In such cases, we will reschedule your appointment without penalty.

17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2B Nails Studio.
